Flexo Printer Slotter

Flexo printer slotter is designed with a chain driven sheet feeder, which can simultaneously perform several operations on 3-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer corrugated cardboard, including water-based printing, creasing, slotting and corner cutting. There are two machine types available for choice: single color and double color type.

• The flexo printer slotter is equipped with a chain driven sheet feeder, offering high precision feeding and fast speed. 
• A reliable air operated diaphragm ink pump is used for pumping printing ink, with high stability, easy adjustment and silent operation. In addition, automatic ink distributing unit is adopted, providing continuous ink supply even during machine stop.     
• Using straight-cut transmission ensures quiet and stable operation.
• The positions of the print roller and slotting knife can be 360-degree electrically adjusted, and the adjustment before and after can be digitally displayed, ensuring high registration accuracy. Due to the fast printing and slotting, high working efficiency is achieved.
• Alarm function is available, providing great protection for the workers.
